Refund policy

Orders, Changes & Refunds:

i) We are unable to accept any refunds, cancellations or amendments to items once payment is processed and completed online. Kindly double check your order before checking out and making payment. 

ii) Amendments of delivery date, time and/or address are subject to availability and our discretion, and require a sufficient lead time of at least 72 hours of notice. Any requests made after the lead time will incur a $10 administrative fee per request. 

iii) We do not accept refunds, returns and/or exchanges unless the wrong order has been sent. For any discrepancies in quality or order, please contact us immediately at hello@marygracecafe.sg for resolution.

iv) For online orders, your order is confirmed once payment has been made. After placing an order online, you would receive an order confirmation to your email immediately thereafter. Please feel free to email us if you did not receive this confirmation email. 

v) We are not halal-certified but we strictly do not use any pork or lard ingredients in any of our cakes or desserts. Our Toasted Almonds Sans Rival Cake contains traces of alcohol.

vi) Due to company policy, we do not accept any message requests that include any cuss words that will implicate our branding.
